Nero vision unable to insert vob file

I get the "unable to insert" message. IHoe , Sep 4, It seems to be refusing everything I throw at it! The most recent have been Windows Movie. This was before there were RW disks that you can do the same thing with now, and once the rewritable is full you copy it to a permenant disk and erase the RW so multisession should be dead but nero refuses to let it die.

I don't know what the multisession is, but hopefully you can explain more to me. I usually don't get those error messages for several months after using it..
