Happy housing program

Healthy Families is a national, evidence-based home visiting program providing hands-on parenting and child development education using the Parents As Teachers PAT curriculum. Services are available through Insights for pregnant and parenting teens, age 21 and under and living in Multnomah County.

Supporting Early Emerging Development Skills SEEDS offers in home parent education, child developmental screenings and support services to adolescent parents age 22 and under living within the City of Portland. The Echo program provides intensive case management and life skills services with an additional focus on hands-on parent education, child development and DHS advocacy to parents age 22 and under. Parents in Echo typically have an open case with DHS Child Welfare, are in foster care themselves or their children are in a foster placement.
