Incumbent is responsible for ensuring staff has appropriate access to these program. Duties are varied, non-routine, and consist of handling data and coordination for program patients, family members, and military treatment facility liaisons. The incumbent utilizes a variety of software programs and communication tools to input and retrieve data as required.
